View Funeral Webcast Waylon Lucas Pitts, infant son of Daylee Pitts-McKie, was born on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, and departed this life on Saturday, October 1, 2022, in Kennett at the age of 1 month and 16 days. Survivors include his mother and sister, Daylee Pitts-McKie and Paisley, both of the home; grandfather, Del McKie of Kennett; great-grandparents, Floyd Pitts of Kennett, Delbert McKie of Watervliet, Michigan, Audrey Lamar of Grand Prairie, Texas; uncles, Dylan Pitts, Del McKie, Jr., David McKie, all of Kennett, Kaden Carstensen of Liman SC; aunts, Daenera Pitts and Delanie McKie, both of Kennett, other relatives and many friends. Waylon was preceded in death by grandmother, Danielle McKie; great-grandmother, Loraine Pitts and great-aunt, Lillie Pitts. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 7, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett with Reverend Gary Andrews officiating. Visitation will begin there at 12:00 p.m. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
