Vicky Renae Stracener

Vicky Renae Stracener, daughter of the late Jimmy and Yvonne Jones, was born on Friday, September 24, 1965, in Pascagoula, Mississippi and departed this life on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at her residence at the age of 59 years 1 month 16 days. Vicky is survived by her long-time companion, Tommy Stracener of Kennett; son, Shane Stracener & Megan Book of Piggott, AR; grandchildren, Faith and Isaac Stracener; brothers, Matthew Jones of Walnut, MS, Brian Jones of Burnsville, MS, J. D. Jones of Falkner, MS; sisters, Carolyn Jones Harshbarger of Corinth, MS, Melinda Scott of Ramer, TN, Theresa Ruminer of Walnut, MS, Judy Hourd of Kennett, other relatives and many friends. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at Gregory Cemetery in Kennett with Pastor Steven Scherer officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Thursday, November 14, 2024, at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett. Burial will follow in Gregory Cemetery in Kennett. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
