Timmy Plunk

Timmy Gene Plunk, son of the late Otis A. Plunk, Sr. and Mary Lucille York Plunk, was born on Tuesday, March 11, 1958, in Kennett, Missouri and departed this life on Monday, September 15, 2025, at NHC of Kennett at the age of 67 years 3 months 4 days.

Survivors include a brother, Dr. Otis Plunk, Jr. and wife, Kim of Naples, Florida; sisters, Maxine Evans of Whitehouse, Tennessee, Clara McCammon of Franklin, Kentucky, other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis A. Plunk, Sr. & Mary Lucille York Plunk and brothers, Glen Moore, Larry Moore and Jimmy Plunk and a sister, Mary Stewart.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett.  Burial will be in Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton.
