Susan Lee Vogler

Susan Lee Vogler, daughter of the late Donald Vogler and Jerris Taylor Vogler, was born on Friday, May 11, 1973, in Kennett and departed this life on Monday, November 20, 2023, at West Tennessee Healthcare Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson at the age of 50 years 6 months 9 days. Susan had been a foster parent and was a member of Solid Rock Church in Kennett. Although, she enjoyed painting and doing crafts, her greatest joy came from her children and grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Survivors include her fiance', Joseph Shuffit of Kennett; children, Michaela Thompson & husband, Todd of Kennett, Christian Worley of Kennett, Wayne Worley, Jr. of Kennett, Joshua Lytle of Kennett, Alexis Shuffit of Fruitland, MO, Dewaynda Valdry of Kennett, Dionnekeya Valdry of Kennett, Dwight Valdry of Kennett 10 grandchildren, Marshall Lytle, Aerith Vogler, Alourah Clark, Greyson Thompson, Elijah Worley, Amelia Thompson, Josiah Worley, Myleigh Thompson, Raphael & Ovidio Garza; brothers, Daniel Bugbee of Kennett, Lawarence Russell & wife, Lisa of Cape Girardeau, Jimmy Russell & wife, Samantha of Kennett, Frankie Vogler & wife, Marsha of Cape Girardeau; sisters, Nyoka Barnes of Cape Girardeau, Maredith "Rita" Salvatore & husband, Willie of Branson, a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Justin Miles Vogler, a brother, Troy Russell and a sister, Hazel Russell. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett with Reverend Zack Parr officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. and continue until time of service. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens in Kennett. Pallbearers will be Lawernce Russell, Jimmy Russell, Layne Russell, Lance Russell, Joey Crabtree, and Sammy Crabtree. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
