Scotty Dale Lewis

Scotty Dale Lewis, son of Larry Lewis and Teresa Whelchel Duke, was born on Friday, January 27, 1978, in Paragould, Arkansas and departed this life on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas at the age of 48 years 6 months 10 days.

Survivors include his wife, Nicole Morgan Lewis of their home in Kennett; his father, Larry Lewis; his mother & stepfather, Teresa & Donald Duke; mother-in-law, Debbie Morgan & Jerry Tackeberry; three sons, Aaron Lewis, Colton Nevill, Caden Nevill & Anekia Farmer; daughter, McKinley Lewis; sister, Destiny Lewis; stepsister, Jessica Duke; stepbrother, Jason Duke; brother-in-law, Jared (Micah) Morgan, Shane (Casey) Morgan, daughter-in-law, Leslie; grandchildren, Madilynn Corcoran, Everleigh Corcoran, Tobias Corcoran, Rosamay Corcoran, Dovie Nevill, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, Seth Corcoran, and a brother Larry Douglas Lewis.

Memorial service will be held on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett.
