Crawford, son of the late Elton Crawford and Lillian Edmundson Crawford, was born on Monday, April 18, 1955, and departed this life on Sunday, August 21, 2022, at Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott at the age of 67 years, 4 months and 3 days. He was a retired employee of Emerson Electric in Kennett and a United State Army Veteran. Survivors include his long-time companion, Pam Cunningham of Kennett; sons, James Crawford and Chuck Mitchell, both of Portageville; 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; brothers, Archie Crawford of Hopkinsville, KY, David Crawford of Pocahontas, IL, Tommy Crawford of Kennett; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Chris Crawford, brothers, Franklin, Kenneth, James, Darrell, and Johnny Crawford, sisters, Minnie Roberts, Lavell Rhany, Doris Haywood, and Gloanna Moore. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett with Reverend Kenny Ford officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
