Ronald Gene Powell

Ronald Gene Powell, son of the late Jack Oscar Powell and Helen Bolton Powell, was born on Thursday, January 25, 1945 and departed this life on Monday, July 13, 2020 at his residence in Kennett at the age of 74 years, 5 months and 18 days. He had worked as a rental property manager and was a United States Army veteran. Survivors include daughter, Sue Austin & her husband, Carlos; son, David Durbin; grandchildren, Adam & Sidney Austin, all of Queen Creek, AZ; sisters, Jan Lundey of Murrieta, CA, Carla Powell Crews of West Plains, MO; other relatives and many friends. Memorial Service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, August 7, 2020, at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
