Ronald Harrison Crittendon

Ronald Harrison "Ronnie" Crittendon, son of the late Elza Crittendon and Pauline Bradshaw Crittendon, was born on August 7, 1944, in Campbell, Missouri and departed this life on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at his residence in Kennett at the age of 81 years 5 months 15 days.

Ronnie had worked at Trinity in Caruthersville in the maintenance department.

Survivors include his wife, Jackie A. Crittendon of their home in Kennett; two sons, Jeff Crittendon & wife, Shawn of Kennett, Chris Crittendon of Kennett; two daughters, Cindy Merriott & husband, Robert of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Brandy Taylor of Kennett; step-son, Jeff Elliott of Jackson, Missouri; sister, Kay Houser of Cleveland, Arkansas, 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Don & Jack Crittendon and three sisters, Sammye Bonner, Joann Higgins and infant, Mary Jem Crittendon.

Memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett with Reverend Doug Clinton officiating.  Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. and continue until the time of service.
