Ronald Gene Campbell, son of the late Malvon Austin Campbell and Jettivee Crawford Campbell, was born on Wednesday, August 24, 1949, in Campbell, Missouri and departed this life on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at his residence in Tulsa, OK at the age of 72 years, 9 months and 21 days. Ronald was a United States Army veteran having served during the Vietnam War. He was full of life, loved his family, loved riding horses but most of all he was a Christian who firmly believed in Jesus as his Savior. He was employed by Fleming Construction Company of Tulsa, OK until the company was sold. He loved what he did and the people he worked with always referring to them as his family of friends. He is survived by three sisters, Janet Campbell Baker of Kennett, Judith Campbell Austill of Mt. Vernon, Missouri and Joan Campbell McCoy (Jim) of Cabool, Missouri. Ronald is survived by his Riddle cousins, who he enjoyed and looked forward to seeing and his Campbell cousins, who could fill you with many stories; also surviving are other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Malvon and Jettivee Campbell and his brothers, Donald, Connie, James (Jim) and Clinton Campbell. Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Elder Cemetery in Campbell. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
