View Funeral Webcast Rick Paul Wayne Beaird, son of the late Cecil Edward Beaird and Esther Ioma Bishop Beaird, was born on Wednesday, August 9, 1950, in Powe, MO and departed this life on Sunday, January 16, 2022, at the Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, AR at the age of 71 years, 5 months and 7 days. Rick Paul Wayne Beaird had been the owner/operator of Beaird Carpet Cleaning in Dexter, was the Pastor of the Church of Faith in Dexter from 2007 until 2015 and had been a car salesman. On January 16, 2009, in Piggott, AR, he was united in marriage to Linda Goodale. Survivors include wife, Linda Goodale Beaird of Mountain Home, AR; son, Rick Beaird & his wife, April of Holcomb; daughter, Tammy Marshall & her husband, Matt of Kennett; step-son, Dylan Heath of Poplar Bluff; step-daughters, Candace Heath of Poplar Bluff, Haleigh Heath of Fisk; grandchildren, Zach Beaird & his wife, Krista, Katie Beaird, Abigail Prewett, Gavin Prewett, Gabriel Heath; great-grandchildren, Bradleigh Beaird, Mason Mitchell; brothers, James Beaird & his wife, Bonnie of Sikeston, Kenneth Beaird of Kennett; sister, Peggy Jean Gilooly & her husband, Tony of Dexter; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a half-brother, Bud Beaird. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 21, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett. Visitation will begin there at 1:00 p.m. with burial following in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
