Regina Corbin

Regina Corbin, daughter of the late James Jones and Patricia James Jones, was born on Wednesday, May 3, 1961, in Tallahassee, Florida and departed this life on Monday, February 2, 2026, at her residence in Steele, Missouri at the age of 64 years 8 months 30 days.

Regina had worked as a nurse at NHC Healthcare in Kennett and at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital in Hayti.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

She is survived by her son, Jeremy Oswalt of Jonesboro, AR; her daughter, Joanna Johnson of Senath, Missouri; her brother, Brent Jones of Farmington, Missouri, four grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Brad Jones.

Memorial service will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett.  Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. and continue until service time.
