Raymond Sawyer

Raymond L. Sawyer, son of the late Virgil and Narcissus Sawyer, was born Tuesday, November 21, 1950, in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas and departed this life on Monday, November 10, 2025, at NHC Healthcare, Kennett, Missouri at the age of 74 years, 11 months, 21 days.

Survivors include his wife of the home, Rebecca Sawyer, two daughters; Rachel Sawyer, Rae Lynn Sawyer, both of Holcomb, grandsons; Clifford Sawyer, Jaxson Sawyer, many cousins, family members, and friends.

 Raymond had a passion for music and played with many bands as lead vocals and or lead guitar.  In his later years he became quite the pool player, but nothing out shined his love for his wife, two girls, and grandsons.

He is preceded in death by both his parents, Virgil and Narcissus Sawyer.
