Randy Lee Barton, son of the late Robert Barton and Patsy Jo Myers Barton, was born on Saturday, August 31, 1963, in Kennett and departed this life on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at his residence at the age of 60 years 10 months 18 days. Randy was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend. Survivors include his daughter, Kristen Barton of Kennett; two grandchildren, Ethan Barton & Paula Barton; three brothers, Bobby, Tommy & Joe Barton; five sisters, Betty Duncan, Shirley Duncan, Vickie Allen, Tammy Wilburn & Regina Wilburn, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert & Patsy Barton and four brothers, Paul, Everett, Monroe and baby boy Barton. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 22, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett with Reverend David Allen officiating. Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. and continue until the time of service. Burial will be in Gregory Cemetery in Kennett. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
