Polly Foreman

Polly Ann Foreman was born on Wednesday, July 7, 1965, in Hayti, Missouri to the late Mattie Bell Foreman and Willie West Sr. God called her home October 8, 2025, at Southgate Living Center in Caruthersville, Missouri.  Polly put a tough fight after having a stroke about 3 years ago.

Polly was a pretty outgoing type of person to be around until you cross her.  Other than that, she would give you her last.  Polly graduated from Caruthersville High, Class of 1985.  Attended McCarty R-3 in her childhood years also Elkhart Indiana.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Mattie Bell Foreman and Willie West Sr., grandparents; Johnny Foreman and Eavie Forman, Jim and Sarah West, adoptive sister/cousin; Leanada Tilson (Mona).

She leaves to cherish her memories, two sons; Darius Frencher and Corvin Foreman of Caruthersville, Missouri, five brothers; Warren West of Janesville, Wisconsin, Willie West Jr(Denise), Brian, Paul, Wayne Micheal of Alton, Illinois, three sisters; Sandra, Clara, Lisa of Alton, Illinois, three grands; Katrina, Mattie Bell, Nahyla Idell Frencher, one special grands; Licia Eubanks, and a host of cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at the Powell Funeral Chapel on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 12:00 pm.  Visitation will start at 11:00 am and continue until time of service.
