Paula Renee Salyer

Paula Renee Salyer, daughter of Pansy Breeden and the late Rudell Brooks, Jr., was born on Saturday, January 19, 1971, in Visalia, California and departed this life on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at her residence at the age 55 years 5 months 8 days. 

Paula was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

She is survived by her mother, Pansy Breeden of Cardwell, Missouri; her children, Jayla Salyer of Visalia, California and Gabriel Brooks of Tulare, California; her grandchildren, Elijah & Noah Brooks; her brother, Gary Brooks of Paragould, Arkansas, other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Rudell Brooks, Jr. and a son, Ryan Brooks.
