Patrick Edward Napier, son of Mary Catherine Robinson Napier and step-son of Alen Powell, was born on Saturday, June 13, 1981 in Charleston, Missouri and departed this life on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 in Kennett at the age of 38 years, 11 months and 20 days. He was a United States Navy veteran having served during the 9/11 attack known as Operation Enduring Freedom. He was employed by Ozarc Gas in Kennett. Survivors include a son, Jackson Cole Napier of Caruthersville; daughters, Bella Grace Napier and Brynlee Catherine Napier, both of Kennett; mother and step-father, Mary Catherine Napier and Alen Powell of Caruthersville; brother. Andrew Ross Napier of Las Vegas, NV; grandfather, Albert Ross Napier of Arizona; other relatives and many friends. Services will be private.
