Melvin Malone, son of the late Robert Malone and Lou Ida Malone, was born on Wednesday, June 21, 1950, in Earl, AR and departed this life on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at National Health Care in Kennett at the age of 74 years 6 months 10 days. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. and continue until time of service. Burial will be in United Baptist Church Cemetery in Gobler. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
