Yancy and Alma Walker, was born on Thursday, February 18, 1970 in Caruthersville and departed this life on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at the Arkansas Continued Care Hospital in Jonesboro at the age of 51 years, 7 months and 8 days. Melissa Ann Walker Wesley was employed as a home health care worker. She was united in marriage to Clint Wesley. He preceded her in death. Survivors include son, Alan Oliver of Paragould, AR; daughters, Carrie Oliver, Shanika Taylor, Testquanna Oliver, Claudine Lockridge, Patrice Oliver, all of Jonesboro, AR; 29 grandchildren; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clint Wesley; son, Alkeem Oliver; 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021, 12:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett. Visitation will begin there at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
