Lonnie Gene Gattis

Lonnie Gattis, son of the late Fairl Gattis, Sr. and Lola Davis Gattis, was born on Friday, May 11, 1951, in Kennett and departed this life on Sunday, February 19, 2023, at NHC of Kennett at the age of 71 years, 9 months and 8 days. Survivors include his son, Chris Gattis & his wife, Tina of Hornersville; daughter, Michelle Walling & her husband, John of Lepanto, AR; 7 grandchildren; brother, Fairl Gattis of Hornersville; sister, Jenny Middleton of Memphis, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fairl Gattis, Sr. & Lola Davis Gattis; brothers, Cleveland, Winfred, Roosevelt, Leland & Carl Gattis; sister, Emma Jean Vanheuser. No services are planned at this time. Burial will be in Hornersville Cemetery in Horneersville. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
