Lois Hinchcliff Baledge, daughter of the late Earnest Wayne Hinchcliff and Vera Warren Hinchcliff, was born on Saturday, September 7, 1940 in Kennett and departed this life on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at the NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro at the age of 79 years, 6 months and 4 days. She was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church in Kennett. Survivors include a son, David Hagar of Kennett; granddaughters, Tiffany Gough & her husband, Brandon of Malden and Nikki Carpenter of Malden; great-grandchildren, Olivia Gough, Bentley Carpenter and Rowan Gough; brothers, Wayne Hinchcliff of Bowling Green, KY and Ricky Hinchcliff & his wife, Darlene of Kennett; sisters, Stella B. Liles and Sharon Cato, both of Kennett. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Danny Hagar, and a brother, Leroy Hinchcliff. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett with Pastor Don Sheerin officiating. Visitation will begin there at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
