Kelsi Faye Hastings, daughter of Toby Callihan and Christene Carnal Callihan, was born on April 24, 1993, in Kennett, Missouri and departed this life on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at her residence in Cape Girardeau at the age of 31 years 11 months 20 days. Kelsi was employed by Aya Healthcare as a travel nurse. She is survived by her husband, Cristopher Hastings and three sons, Bentley Martin, Cristopher Hastings, Dylan Hastings; mother, Christene Callihan of Kennett; father, Toby Callihan of West Memphis, Arkansas, brothers; Spencer Callihan of Olive Hill, KY, Patrick Callihan, Alexander Callihan, Jackson Callihan all of West Memphis, AR. grandparents; Gail Carnal of Kennett, Juanita and Ronnie Callihan of Olive Hill, KY., great grandmother; Betty Gilbert of Naylor, MO, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Dalyn Callihan and her grandfather, David Carnal. Memorial service will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett with Reverend Doug Clinton officiating. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. and continue until the time of service. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
