Jonathan "John" Zachary Flood, son of Martha Flood and the late Joey Mason, was born on Saturday, May 24, 1986, in Kennett and departed this life on Saturday, September 9, 2023, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau at the age of 37 years 3 months 16 days. John was employed by 3 Eagles Distributing Company in Kennett as a Delivery Driver. Survivors include his fiance`, Brittney Crawford of Holcomb; sons, Landon Helton, Landon Wilson, Briley Flood; daughters, Brooke Flood, Everleigh Flood, Addyson Estes; granddaughter, Oakleigh Helton; mother. Martha Flood of Kennett; brother, Anthony Flood & wife, Tabitha of Kennett; sisters, Martha Riddick & husband, David of Kennett, Gabrielle Flood of Alabama, other relatives and many friends. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett with Pastor Wayland Tom officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Burial will be in Senath Cemetery in Senath. John was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Hayley Dawn Flood. Pallbearers will be J. D. Davis, David Riddick, Landon Helton, Justin Flood, Billy Martin, Dalton Ritchie. Honorary Pallbearers will be Lucas & Hunter Riddle.
