Jimmy Rasberry, son of the late James Sterling Rasberry and Laura Faye Peel Rasberry, was born on Monday, July 20, 1953 in Kennett and departed this life on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at his residence in Kennett at the age of 67 years, 9 months and 9 days. Jimmy Rasberry was a car salesman and a member of the Slicer Street Church of Christ in Kennett. On February 21, 1976 in Kennett, he was united in marriage to Barbara Johnson. Survivors include wife, Barbara Rasberry of the home; nephew, Chris Johnson of Kennett; nieces, Jamie Ray of Kennett, Melissa Johnson of Kennett; special cousin, Phyllis Allen of Kennett; other relatives and many friends. Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, May 2, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett with Mr. Jay Lyles officiating. Visitation will begin there at 1:00 p.m. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
