Jimmy Eugene Carr, son of Mary Martha Polk Carr and the late William Andrew Carr, was born on Monday, June 26, 1967, in Hayti and departed this life on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at his residence in Senath at the age of 56 years 3 months 28 days. Survivors include daughter, Ashley King of Kennett; grandson, Aiden King of Kennett; mother, Mary Martha Carr of Kennett; brothers, Jerry Carr of Luxona, AR, Timithy Carr of Caruthersville, Kenny Carr of St. Louis, Charles Carr of Steele; sisters, Betty Sue Phillips of Jefferson City, MO, Mary Collins of Kennett, Susan Gribble of Hayti, other relatives and many friends. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.at Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
