James H. "Jim" Brimhall, son of the late Herschel Brimhall and Vada Godwin Brimhall, was born on Wednesday, August 9, 1939, in Manila, Arkansas and departed this life on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at his residence in Hayti at the age of 83 years, 4 months and 6 days. James H. "Jim" Brimhall was the owner of Brimhall Funeral Home in Hayti. He served as the Pemiscot County Coroner for 25 years and was an active member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Hayti. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. On October 16, 1964, in Lilbourn, MO, he was united in marriage to June Westmorland Survivors include his wife, June Westmorland Brimhall of the home in Hayti; son, Jim Brimhall of Hayti; daughter, Donna Jo Brimhall of Hayti; two grandchildren, Ashley Franks & Justin Brimhall, both of Hayti; great-granddaughter, Ellison Brimhall of Hayti; two sisters, Billie Wilson of North Carolina, Bess Matlock of Herrin, IL, other relatives and many friends. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church in Hayti with Reverend Griff Walker and Reverend Doug Wahls officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022, 5:00 - 9:00 p.m., at the Brimhall Funeral Home in Hayti. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti.
