Jessie Hickman

Jessie Floyd Hickman, a beloved husband, father, and friend, was born on Monday, May 22, 1967, in St. Louis, Missouri and passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at the age of 58 years 4 months 17 days.  

A skilled automobile mechanic and auto body repairman, Jessie was truly a jack of all trades. His talents extended to the ability to repair anything that came his way.  He had a knack for storytelling, always ready to share a joke that brought smiles and laughter to those around him.

An avid outdoorsman, Jessie took great joy in hunting and fishing, spending time in nature and enjoying the activities that it afforded him. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Beth Ann Wolff Hickman of their home in Kennett, Missouri; two sons, Jessie Hill of Piggott, Arkansas, and Sammy Hickman of Nebraska; a daughter, Tasha Hill of Gibson, Missouri. In addition, he is survived by his stepsons, Shayne Peterson of Florida and Patrick Peterson of St. Louis, Missouri, as well as his stepdaughters, Holly Nielsen of Florida and Allyson Parker of Alabama. Jessie will be dearly missed by many grandchildren, other relatives, and countless friends whose lives he touched.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William F. Hickman and Lucy S. Tucker Hickman.

Celebration of Jessie's life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Willoughby Park, 1115 N. Vandeventer St., Kennett.
