Perrydore, son of the late Noah Perrydore and Lennie Kimbrough Perrydore, was born on Sunday, January 13, 1929 in Steele and departed this life on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff at the age of 92 years, 3 months and 12 days. He was united in marriage to Lucille Redding. She preceded him in death on December 30 2011. Herbert L. Perrydore was a retired employee of General Motors in Detroit, MI, a U S Air Force veteran and a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include sons, Dennis Perrydore, Sr. of Steele, Troy Perrydore of Abilene, TX; daughter, Joan Jones & her husband, Larry of Steele; 11 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren; brother, William Perrydore of Garden City, MI; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, son, Herbert Perrydore, Jr., grandson, Tony Lynn Perrydore, granddaughter, Angel Michelle Perrydore and a great-grandson, Jake Jones. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 30, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett. Visitation will begin there at 9:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
