Glen Richardson

Glen Estel Richardson, son of the late Earl Richardson and Orpha Russell Richardson, was born on Thursday, December 20, 1934, in Etowah, Arkansas and departed this life on Friday, February 4, 2022, at St. Bernard Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 87 years, 1 month and 15 days. Glen was a farmer and a member of the First Baptist Church in Kennett. On February 22, 1964, in Deering, MO, he was united in marriage to Judy Cook. Survivors include his wife, Judy Richardson of the home; son, Damon Richardson of Kennett; daughters, Kim Blanton & her husband, Brett of Deering, Glenda Chamberlain & her husband, Don of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Chad Chamberlain, Blair Layne, James Blanton, Ryan Richardson, Chase Chamberlain, Lucas Blanton, Daniel Richardson; great-grandchildren, Jayden Layne, Brock Blanton, Aiden Blanton, Mallory Blanton, Samuel Richardson; sister, Helen Bruce & her husband, Tom of Rossville, TN; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Miles Richardson and Elmer Richardson Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett with Reverend Steven Scherer officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Kennett. Serving as pallbearers will be Glen's grandsons, Chad Chamberlain, James Blanton, Ryan Richardson, Chase Chamberlain, Lucas Blanton & Daniel Richardson.
