View Funeral Webcast Gary Lynn Coleman, son of Betty Wilburn Coleman and the late Ansil "Bonnie" Coleman, was born on Monday, July 1, 1957 in Kennett and departed this life on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau at the age of 64 years and 19 days. Gary Lynn Coleman was a farmer and a member of the Friendship Baptist Church in Kennett. On May 9, 1982 in Kennett, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Robin Scimer. Survivors include his wife, Robin Coleman of the home in Kennett; daughters, Amanda Hedge and fiance, Randy Coleman of Kennett, Staci Tibbs and her husband, Alex of Kennett; grandchildren, Logan Hedge, Mallori Coleman, Addie Coleman, Noah Tibbs, Baylee Tibbs; mother, Betty Coleman of Holcomb; brother, Mike Coleman and his wife, Kim of Lowell, AR; sister, Karen Cash and her husband, Roger of Fenton, MO; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Ansil "Bonnie" Coleman. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett. Visitation will begin there at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gary Coleman Memorial Fund, c/o of Staci Tibbs, Unico Bank, Kennett Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
