Franklin David Halpain

Franklin David Halpain, son of Racheal Hunter and the late Franklin David Halpain, was born on Monday, April 25, 1983 in Blytheville, Arkansas and departed this life on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at his residence in Kennett at the age of 37 years, 10 months and 15 days. He had worked as a carpenter. Survivors include wife, Bobbie Halpain of the home in Kennett; son, Franklin David Halpain, Jr. of Kennett; daughters, Katelynn Bishop, Brianna Halpain, Jacey Halpain, all of Kennett; grandson, Noah Bishop of Kennett; mother, Racheal Hunter & her husband, Alan of Kennett; sisters, Crystal Halpain of Kennett, Marylynn Summers & her husband, Steven of Kennett, Joanie Green of Blytheville, AR, Lacey Halpain of Etowah, AR; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father; grandmother, Juanita Halpain and a uncle, Charles Halpain. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 13, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett. Reverend Bruce Vinson will be officiating. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
