Eula Mae Roper

Eula Mae Roper, daughter of the late Merle Richmond and Nola Mae Gulledge Richmond, was born on Monday, January 6, 1941, in Pollard, AR and departed this life on Monday, October 23, 2023, at her residence in Kennett at the age of 82 years 9 months 17 days. She was united in marriage to Albert Eldon Roper. He preceded her in death on July 28, 2011. Survivors include son; John Roper, daughter; Anita Graczyk, brother; Timmy Richmond, sisters; Aline Siar, Judy Whisler, Gloria Ann Richmond, Sabrina Burnett, 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son; Ronnie Roper, brothers; Donald Ray Richmond, James Richmond, sisters; Pat Sheets, JoAnne Kinder, Wilma Lovelace, Diane Richmond, Patricia Richmond. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett with Reverend Doug Clinton officiating. Visitation will begin there at 10:00 a.m. and continue until time of service. Burial will be at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
