Debra Covington

Debra Ann Covington, daughter of the late Clifton Anthony and Beatrice Hendrix Anthony, was born on Thursday, February 9, 1967, in Forrest City, AR and departed this life on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff at the age of 58 years 2 months 17 days. Debra was united in marriage to Cell Covington. He preceded her in death. Survivors include three brothers, Terry Anthony of Cape Girardeau, Steven Anthony & Clifton Anthony, Jr., both of Kennett; six sisters, Cora Anthony of Kennett, Doris Lane of Paragould, AR, Joyce Anthony of Kennett, Donyle Henry of Jonesboro, AR, Pearl Parker of Kennett, Tonya Anthony of Kennett, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, 05/09/2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. and continue until the time of service. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
