Deborah Denise Rees, daughter of the late Jim Gordan Kitchen and Geraldine Watts Kitchen, was born on Thursday, March 21, 1957, in Louisville, KY and departed this life on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at Heritage Nursing Center in Kennett at the age of 65 years, 4 months and 2 days. On May 1, 2004, she was united in marriage to Kelly Rees. He preceded her in death on May 13, 2016. Survivors include her sister, Brenda Gatewood & her husband, Larry of Kennett; brothers, Mark, Mike, Bobby Kitchen, all of Louisville, KY; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim Gordan & Geraldine Kitchen; husband, Kelly Rees; step-mother, Evelyn Kitchen and a brother, Darrell Kitchen. Graveside Services will be held on Monday, August 1, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Gravel Hill Cemetery in St. Francis, AR with Reverend Jeff Gatewood officiating. Burial will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery in St. Francis, AR. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
