David L. Finley, son of the late Sammy Lee Brown and Rosie May Brown, was born on Thursday, January 26, 1967 in Hayti, Missouri and departed this life on Friday, July 31, 2020 at the NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas at the age of 53 years, 6 months and 5 days. Survivors include wife, Cynthia Finley of Jonesboro, AR; son, Recco Charter of Columbia, MO; daughters, Sabrina Finley & Sierra Finley, both of Collinsville, IL, Samantha Finley of Jonesboro, AR; 4 grandchildren; brothers, Billy Finley, Dan Finley, Rick Brown, Virgil Finley, all of Kennett, MO, Precious Lee Brown of Columbia, MO; sister, Betty Finley of Kennett, MO He was preceded in death by his brothers, Henry Finley, L. C. Brown, Amos Finley and his sisters, Roberta Finley, Brenda Finley and Queen Swain. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 7, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett. Visitation will begin there at 5:00 p.m. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
