Cynthia Webb Pickard

Cynthia Lynn Webb Pickard, daughter of the late Jimmy Webb and Ruth Ray Webb, was born on Monday, September 7, 1959, in Poplar Bluff, MO and departed this life on Saturday, January 9, 2021, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould at the age of 61 years, 4 months and 2 days. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Jackie Pickard of Kennett; daughters, Jessica Pickard of Kennett, Shanna Crumley & her husband, Adam of Portageville; granddaughter, Harper Grace Crumley; brother, Jimmy Earl Webb of Poplar Bluff; nephews, Chris Webb & his wife, Teresa of Poplar Bluff, Daniel Webb of Potosi, MO; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Powell Funeral & Cremation Service, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
