Clifford Wayne Pender

Clifford Wayne Pender, son of the late Arch Arthur Pender and Brenda Kay Wyers Pender, was born on Tuesday, November 9, 1976, in Wynne, AR and departed this life on Sunday, January 8, 2023, at the River Oaks Care Center in Steele at the age of 46 years, 1 month and 30 days. Survivors include his step-mother, Pat Pender of Kennett; long-time companion, Janice Hollars of Kennett; brothers, James Pender of Paragould, Brannon Alexander & his wife, Tina of Senath, Joshua Chronister & his wife, Jessica of Kennett, Justin Pender & his wife, Cheyenne of Kennett; sisters, Chelsea Pender of St. Louis, Allyson & Ashley Grisham, Lisa Wyatt of Texas; special sister-at-heart, Mary Ragland of Kennett, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by father, Arch (Shorty) Pender, mother, Brenda Kay Wyers Pender, grandparents, Arnold and Evelyn Wyers and Nine (Mom) Pender and Arch Pender, whom he was raised by. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett. Visitation will begin there at 12:00 p.m. and continue until time of service. The family extends a special thank you to the staff of Rivers Oaks Care Center in Steele for care given to Clifford. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
