Charles Edward Willey, son of Vernon Moore and the late Sharon Mitchell, was born on Saturday, May 4, 1985, in Bartow, Florida and departed this life on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center in Oklahoma City at the age of 37 years, 11 months and 7 days. Survivors include his children, Brooklyn, Jaxon, Hunter, Abby, & Charlie; his father, Vernon Moore; two sisters, Ashley Moore and April Swinney, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Mitchell. No service is planned at this time. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
