View Funeral Webcast Charles "Charlie" Phillip Huddleston, son of the late Clarence Huddleston and Rosemary Cobb Huddleston, was born on Tuesday, May 10, 1949, and departed this life on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at the General Baptist Nursing Home in Campbell at the age of 72 years, 8 months and 20 days. Charles "Charlie" Phillip Huddleston, a resident of Ellsinore, had been employed with Briggs & Straton of Poplar Bluff as a machinist. Survivors include his sister, Mona Watson of Holcomb; son, Charles Phillip Huddleston, II "Chuck" of Peoria, Arizona; daughter, Angela Pierce of Fisk; granddaughter, Shea Marie Mitchem of Ellsinore; grandson, Tyler Pierce; great-granddaughter, Mia Lou Mitchem; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a great-granddaughter, Evie Marie Mitchem. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the First General Baptist Church in Kennett with Reverend Craig Lee officiating. Visitation will begin there at 12:00 p.m. The family request masks to be worn during visitation and service. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the General Baptist Nursing Home, 17108 US 62, Campbell, MO 63933 or First General Baptist Church, 805 Pruitt Street, Kennett, MO 63857.
