Bobby Howell Aycock, Sr., 79, of Parma, MO, passed away on July 22, 2021 surrounded by loved ones. Bobby was born on May 12, 1942 to the late Shaw and Mildred Aycock in rural Parma, MO. He was a proud 1960 graduate of Parma High School. Bobby married Doris Shafer Aycock on December 6, 1963 in Tallapoosa, MO. They have 3 sons; Bobby Aycock, Jr. (Julie) of New Madrid. MO, Barry Aycock (Michelle) of Parma, MO and Brad Aycock (Ann) of Columbus, OH. He has 6 grandchildren; Aubrey, Austin, Joel, Jonathan, Daniel, and Ryan. Bobby has one brother, Dale Aycock (Diane) of Wilson, NC. Bobby was preceded in death by parents, Shaw and Mildred Aycock. He is survived by his wife, Doris Aycock; his brother Dale Aycock (Diane); his three children; and his six grandchildren. Bobby had a strong work ethic, spending most of his adult life working in the grocery industry with Malone & Hyde/Fleming Corp. in Sikeston, Missouri before retiring after 40 years there. He was also an entrepreneur, opening a grocery store in Parma and a car dealership in Malden. Throughout his life he loved working on the family farm. Bobby was a beloved grandpa to his six grandchildren who were his pride and joy. He enjoyed singing and playing country music on his guitar, antiquing, Western movies, politics, Bootheel basketball, his hometown of Parma, and the St. Louis Cardinals. He never met a stranger and loved to visit with people about common interests. A private graveside service for the family will be held on Friday, July 30, 2021 in Parma.
