Billy Eugene Simpson, son of the late Sandra S. Simpson, was born on Wednesday, May 3, 1967, in Dunklin County, Missouri and departed this life on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at his residence in Cardwell at the age of 54 years, 7 months and 19 days. Survivors include his wife, Pamela Jackson Simpson of the home in Cardwell, son, Billy Joe Simpson of Cardwell, daughter, Mary Thorn of Cardwell, 3 grandchildren, brothers, Joe Poteet of Paragould, Larry Wayne Simpson of Paragould, Carl Poteet of Paragould, other relatives and many friends. Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Powell Funeral & Cremation Services, Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
