Barbara Oliver

Barbara Ann Oliver was born March 7th, 1966 in Hayti, MO. She was born to Carrie Louise Oliver and Rosevelt Nichols. She received her wings April 15th, 2025. She was preceded in death by her mother; Carrie Oliver sister; Mary Jane Norwood-Oliver, brother; Beronica Lewis. She was baptized at an early age and was a family-oriented person. She showed tough love but loved hard at the same time. She always had a smile on her face wearing her shades. She would turn any bad situation into something good. She would always put GOD first. She loved to keep a home nice, clean, and neat. With her everything had to be almost perfect. One of her main hobbies was to play Spades all day and yes she would cheat and reminisce about the old days and funny moments. It was never a dull moment with her, she always made sure that if she had it you had it! Barbara leaves to cherish her memories, brothers; Charles Oliver of Caruthersville, MO., Alan Oliver of Boone Terre, MO., four children; Karona Oliver, Reginald Agnew Jr, Keithelyn Agnew, Bianca Agnew, a host of grandchildren; Jer'Nas Wilson, Jordan Smith, Da'Kylan Agnew, Reginald Agnew III, Kalise Agnew, Kyngston Agnew, Ke'Mani Eubanks, Kion Agnew, Jayce Agnew, Karmen Agnew, Reign Agnew, Jer'Ze Wilson, Ke'Auri Agnew, a host of uncles, aunts, nieces nephews, cousins, and friends. She also cherished a forever longtime special friend Reginald Agnew SR. A Memorial Service will be held, April 26, 2025, 11:00a.m. at Divine Holiness Church, 1109 E. 18th St. Caruthersville, MO.
