Annie Taylor was born to Wilbert and N. D. Taylor in Corinth, Mississippi on Tuesday, November 25, 1946, and departed this life on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau at the age of 75 years, 5 months and 2 days. She attended Hazel Grove and Hayti Central High School. She loved to do scratch offs, puzzle books, dance, play cards, listen to music and she enjoyed spending time with her family. Annie was known as the "Dancing Bear." Annie leaves to mourn her three sisters, Nellie Taylor, Gertie Taylor and Laura Pulliam; two brothers, Leroy (Chris) Taylor and Johnny Taylor; four children, Lucille Taylor, Belinda Pulliam, Donna (Harold) Weeden and Anthony (Michelle) Pulliam, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Wilbert and N.D. Taylor; four brothers, Willie (June), Joe, James Henry and Lawrence; three sisters, Betty Alford, Ruby Taylor, Ruthie White; one son, Michael Taylor and one daughter, Regina Taylor. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Powell Funeral Chapel in Kennett. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett.
