Aaron Duane Gunnells

Aaron Duane Gunnells, son of the late Gayle Gunnells and Sylvia Scott, was born on Thursday, August 23, 1962, in Potosi, Missouri and departed this life on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at NHC of Kennett at the age of 63 years 6 months 16 days.

Aaron had worked at the local Walmart in the Vision Center, in law enforcement and 17 years in the printing manufacturing business. He was a loving son, husband, brother and friend.

On June 3, 2016, in Kennett, Missouri he was united in marriage to Deanne Myrick.  She survives at their home in Kennett.

Other survivors include a brother, Donald Ray Miller of Gorham, Maine; sisters, Diana Patterson of Dawsonville, GA, Marie Fortune of Gainesville, GA, Linda Waldrop of Knoxville, TN, Rita Pratt of Trenton, TN, other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Alaina Deans and two brothers, Gayle Gunnells, Jr. and Marty Gunnells.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. at the Sunset Hill Cemetery in Potosi, Missouri.
